We’re a small team shipping fast. If something’s broken, confusing, or just weird, email us directly. We read everything and usually respond within a few hours.

The hook is silent

Most turns emit nothing. The hook only speaks when a turn lands a commit and the change made a decision you didn’t ask for, on something your lens cares about. A turn that reformats a file, doesn’t touch the care map, or doesn’t move HEAD produces no output.

If it’s been quiet for a long time and you expected otherwise: confirm the plugin (or the end-of-turn command) is registered, that the agent is committing, and that tern hook config show resolves a lens for the org that owns this repo.
